Divorce!-give me half my house!!!

I am not the one being divorced...but I would sure pick the sitting room and the bedroom...assuming also, that  there is a well stocked fridge in either of the rooms..

"A Cambodian couple hoping to avoid the country's convoluted divorce process have separated by sawing their house in half, local authorities said Thursday.

Husband Moeun Rim and wife Nhanh divided their house, some 90 kilometers (56 miles) northeast of the capital Phnom Penh, into two parts last month after deciding to separate, Cheach commune chief Vorng Morn told AFP by telephone.

"They agreed to split the house into two parts. The part that belongs to the husband has been removed, but the one that belongs to the wife is standing upright there. She stays there during the daytime," Vorng Morn said.

He said the couple, who are both around 40, decided to split after the husband accused the wife of not taking care of him when he was ill.

He added they divided their land into four parts; two for their son and daughter, and two for them.

40 years on, and this is what it would lead up to...keep it clean whenever and however you can..if you
are talented at snoring,  let it out early, if you like dipping bread in tea before you eat it, do that on your first date....as they always say...better the devil you...nope. That phrase is utter rubbish!! Why hang out knowingly with a devil in the first place....

What they did was amicable and they also considered their children when they decided to split. Sawing the house sounds crazy but they each wound up with equal parts, at least both parties realised that the other contributed to half what they owned as a whole.
